The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to March 31, 2025. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under the PSIB.
