Description of the Requirement:

Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Evaluation Division, in consultation with program managers, is seeking consulting services to conduct the evaluation of the Federal Contaminated Sites Action Plan, to be completed by March 31, 2024.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)”, “the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the “Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2024.

Estimated Level of Effort:
