Please be advised that a recurring contract, similar to the one currently published, may occur during the 12-month period after the closing date of this Notice of proposed procurement. If a recurring contract occurs, it will be posted again on the Web site https://buyandsell.gc.ca/ for a period of 24 days instead of 40 days as a new competitive solicitation.



Requirement:
The Contractor shall provide and deliver galvanized bolt products requested for the reconstruction of a wharf in timber cribwork. 


Delivery Site:
Boats Winter Park, Rue de l'Entrepôt, Rivière au Renard (Gaspé), Quebec, Canada, G4X 5L3.


Delivery Date:
All the deliverables must be received no later than September 2, 2016*. Moreover, unloading at destination point must not begin before August 15, 2016, or before with Departmental Representative’s approval. 

*Please note that the contract is expected to be awarded within 10 calendar days after the closing date of the bid solicitation.


Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and the Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Korea, Panama, Peru Trade Agreements with Canada.
