Nature of Requirements: 

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND), Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) for the sustainment of the Propulsion Systems that are used on the CF188 Hornet, CC130 Legacy Hercules and CP140 Aurora aircraft. One contract is for the T56 Propulsion Group Sustainment (PGS) used on the CC130 and CP140 aircraft. The second contract is for the F404 Propulsion Group Sustainment (PGS) on the CF188 Hornet. The successful Contractor(s) shall be responsible for fulfilling these requirements and meeting the scope identified in Part 7 Annex A Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This Solicitation W8485-13DL02/D is for both PGS requirements, however, it will result in the award of two separate contracts, one for the T56 PGS under Contract W8485-15QF01 and one for the F404 PGS under Contract W8485-13DL02. 
Bidders can submit a proposal for the T56 or a proposal for the F404, or both. However, each proposal will be evaluated separately and contracts may be issued to different successful bidders. Asuccessful bid in one requirement does not guarantee offering of the second contract. Canada reserves the right to award one, two or no contracts.
