For the provision of Structural Inspection and Repair Program
(SIRP) services of one (1) Cessna L-19 Aircraft (Tail ID: 
C-FTGA) in support of the Air Cadet Gliding Program (ACGP)

Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), Air Cadet Gliding
Program (ACGP) has a requirement for the provision of Structual
Inspection Repair Program (SIRP) services in support of one (1)
Air Cadet Cessna L-19 Aircraft (Tail ID C-FTGA).  

Period of Performance:  

Service completion date -  15 March, 2013.

Evaluation Plan Overview:

This evaluation plan overview describes the methodology to be
followed by DND for the technical evaluation of the bids
submitted for the provision of Structural Inspection and Repair
Program (SIRP) services of one (1) Cessna L-19 Aircraft (Tail
ID:  C-FTGA) in support of the Air Cadet Gliding Program (ACGP).
 The Contractors bids will be evaluated using a combination of
mandatory requirements and evaluators assessment criteria as
detailed within the Request For Proposal (RFP). Once the
Bidder's technical proposal has been determined compliant, the
Contractor who offers the lowest responsive price proposal will
be awarded a Contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
