In-line Image Intensifiers & Thermal Imagers Systems

The Department of National Defense (DND) is seeking to purchase In-line Image Intensifiers & Thermal Imagers Systems as part of a competitive procurement process. As a first step, through this Request for Information (RFI), DND is requesting information from suppliers who manufacture these systems on the Marketplace. There is no security requirement associated with this requirement

This RFI seeks to assess the interest and ability of the industry to meet DND requirements. Each respondent must:

(1) Provide answers to the attached Industry Questions (Attachment 1).

(2) Comment on the attached draft Statement of Work & validate the attached draft Performance Specifications (Attachment 2)

This information will help Canada to finalize the nature of its requirement. The information provided by Canada in this RFI is preliminary and may change.

Other:

This RFI is not a solicitation and will not be used to pre-qualify or otherwise restrict participation in a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be used to identify a list of sources for future work. The response to this RFI is neither a condition nor a precondition for participation in a Request for Proposal if Canada decides to act accordingly.
