REQUIREMENT:  
For the provision of all materials, equipment, labour,
supervision and expertise necessary to supply, deliver and
off-load bulk carbon dioxide for the Department of National
Defence, Canadian Forces Base Suffield, located at Ralston,
Alberta on an "as and when" requested basis during the period of
the Standing Offer, from the date of standing offer issuance to
August 31, 2014 inclusive with one (1) one (1) year option
period.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record 		Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing
		date, for each individual who is currently on the Offeror's
Board of Directors.
