For the supply, delivery, and installation (including
disconnection of the old units) of a Double Stack Combination
Oven and a Mobile Blast Freezer, to the Department of National
Defence, at the Canadian Forces Base Suffield, in Ralston, AB;
in accordance with the specifications listed in Annex A of the
solicitation document.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Delivery is requested for on or before October 12, 2012.



Offerors, please note the update in Part 5 - Certifications,
within the solicitation document. 
Effective July 11, 2012, a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form (available in Annex C) must be submitted with
the Offer, by the requested closing date, for each individual
who is currently on the Offeror's Board of Directors.
