Requirement

This Regional Individual Standing offer (RISO) is for the
supply, delivery, and off-loading of Groceries (Canned and
Packaged), Fresh and Frozen Fruits and Vegetables, Dairy
Products, Eggs, Fish and Meat Products required by the
Department of National Defence located in Dundurn, Saskatchewan.
 

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and the provisions on the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). 

Period of Standing Offer

Date of standing offer award to November 30, 2014.

Debriefings

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
