		REQUEST FOR REGIONAL INDIVIDUAL STANDING OFFER	
			    CORRECTIONAL SERVICES CANADA (CSC)
	Saskatchewan Penitentiary /Regional Psychiatric Centre/ Willow
Cree Healing Lodge

A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery,
and off-loading, of Dairy products, as required, for the
Department of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) to the
following locations: Saskatchewan Penitentiary (maximum, medium
and minimum) located at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan; the
Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Willow
Cree Healing Centre, Duck Lake, Saskatchewan.  As per CSC's
regulations, all products supplied, including their packaging,
must conform to the following: No Glass, No Alcohol, No
flammable liquids. 

The Standing Offer is for a period of one year, from 20 August 
2014 to 19 August  2015, divided into two (2) "rebid" periods of
six (6) months each:

Rebid Period # 1: from  20 August 2014 to 19 February 2015 
Rebid Period # 2: from 20 February 2015 to 19 August  2015 

The Basis of Payment, Annex "B", in the solicitation document,
includes the "Schedule of Tender Closing Dates" for each period,
as well as Closing Pages and List of products for each rebid
period.  It is important to use the appropriate Closing Page,
matching the period for which the Offer applies.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
