Regional Individual Standing Offer 
Correctional Services Canada

For the supply and delivery of Meat Products, as required, for the 
Department of Correctional Services Canada, to Saskatchewan 
Penitentiary and the Regional Psychiatric Centre, for a period of one 
(1) year.  Price Refreshes permitted every three (3) months during the 
period of the Standing Offer. 

Period of the Standing Offer: From January 1, 2016, to December 
31, 2016.  Refresh periods occurring every three (3) months as 
follows: 

1st Period (bid) from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016
2nd Period (refresh): April 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016
3rd Period (refresh): July 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016
4th Period (refresh): October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. 

Price lists for the refresh periods to be provided on the 10th day of 
the preceding month as follows:

2nd period: 10 March 2016
3rd period: 10 June 2016
4th period: 10 September 2016
