This requirement is for the repair, maintenance and inspection, including hydrostatic testing of
Portable Fire Extinguishers for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces
Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta. Work is to be performed on an “if and when required” basis.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the dateof issuance to
31 December 2018.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and Canada Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with
Chile, Colombia and Panama.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
