Requirement:

For the supply and delivery of immunochromatographic assay
(a.k.a lateral flow tests/strip tests) test Kits complete with
sterile specimen cups and temperature strips/gauge(s) in
accordance with Annex "A"- Requirement and Annex "B"- Basis of
Payment of the tender document, to the Correctional Service
Canada in various sites in the provinces of Alberta,
Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as and when requested, during the
period of the Standing Offer.

Period of the Standing Offer:

The period of the Standing Offer will be for one (1) year, from
July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 with two (2) one (1) year option
periods ( from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017; and from July 1,
2017 to June 30, 2018).


Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
