Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Digital PCR 01581-190644/A Loi, Ngan Telephone No. - (403) 973-2796 Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 For the supply, delivery, installation and training of one (1) new digital PCR system for the Soil Microbial Ecology Laboratory at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Swift Current Research and Development Center located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Swift Current Research and Development Center reserves the option to purchase one (1) new real-time PCR system to be delivered by March 31, 2020. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire one (1) new real-time PCR system described at Annex A of the contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. The Contractor will be given thirty (30) days’ notice. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.
