Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Supply of Bison Feed For the provision of the supply and delivery on site of mixed grass hay bales for Parks Canada Agency (PCA), Elk Island National Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, to be used for bison and elk feed in accordance with the specifications as detailed herein. Requirements are for 200 metric tons of mixed grass hay for feeding elk and bison, as well as 7 metric tons of high protein hay for baiting elk. All hay must be delivered to Elk Island National Park between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm between December 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Blake, Luke J.
