Power Supply Replacement

REQUIREMENT:

Saskatchewan Penitentiary requires a contractor to perform maintenance service to supply and replace the batteries and capacitors in a Liebert Uninterruptible Power System (UPS).  This UPS is located in in Maximum Security Unit 7.  The batteries have reached the end of their life cycle and the capacitors are leaking. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Refer to Annex “C” Compliance Matrix for the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Saskatchewan Penitentiary (15th Street / Highway 302 WestPrince Albert SK S6V 5R6) on 2019-06-27. The site visit will begin at 13:30 CST. 

EVALUATION AND SELECTION:

The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.
