Telephone No. - (403) 613-0725 Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 Line 1, Snow Removal REQUIREMENT: The Department of Public Work and Government Services Canada has requirement for the provision of snow removal, sanding, and sweeping of parking lots and access roads and sidewalks around all Federally owned buildings and on Federally owned properties & any other building or property that falls under Public Works & Government Services Canada jurisdiction within the Fort Smith, NT area. Services includes all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform the services. The period of contract will be two (2) years from date of contract award. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is limited to Canadian services. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. EVALUATION AND SELECTION: Lowest-priced Responsive Proposal. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
