Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Security ID Printing Passes/Cards M7594-190171/A Werk(cw), Janet Telephone No. - (613) 998-3968 janet.werk@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Line 1, Security ID Printing Passes/Cards Summary modified The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the printing, production to final format, storage and shipping of separate Canada Firearms Privilege card stock as specified in the Annex A Statement of Work. The Contractor must deliver the specified quantities of Firearms Licence Cards twice annually as per the delivery schedule. If required by the RCMP, the Contractor must print, produce to final format and deliver the specified quantities of optional Firearm Registration Cards twice annually as per the delivery schedule. The Contract is in effect for a period a period of one (1) from award of contract inclusively plus. The irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is not subject to the Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation. M.1 CORPORATE EXPERIENCE To demonstrate that the Bidder has experience producing the type of cards described in the Annex A Statement of Work, the Bidder must provide a detailed description of two (2) previous contracts for one (1) or more clients, for which the Bidder produced large quantities (more than 50,000 of each card) of PVC, Polycarbonate, or Teslin customized cards to be used for personalization after lamination, that meet the specifications of the Annex A Statement of work for size, sandwich PVC, Polycarbonate, or Teslin card material and lamination. At least one (1) of the described Contracts must have required security printing features on the cards produced and if the Contracts required a magnetic strip on the cards produced. The description must include the following for each contract description: These two (2) contracts must have been started or completed after April 2012. These two (2) contracts must, at a minimum, include all of the services (M.1.a - M.1.g) listed below: see the RFP.
