This procurement is not subject to all Comprehensive Land Claims
Agreements (CLCA)  as any resultant contract will not be sent to
the CLCA areas.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the printing and delivery of DND 322 Envelopes (9.5" x 15"
open-side, double sideseam envelopes, prints black) .

650,000 Envelopes to Montreal + (10 samples to  Ottawa);
500,000 Envelopes to Edmonton

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003 (preferably with their bid).

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This procurement is limited to Canadian good and/or services.

Delivery date: The Contractor must deliver all material to the
two (2) destinations on or before October 15, 2014

Basis of Selection:  A bid must comply with all requirements of
the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive
bid with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for
award of a contract.

THE REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED TO CANADIAN SUPPLIERS.

procurement.
