Requirement

Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has a requirement
for video animation and production of route clearance scenarios,
as outlined in the Statement of Work at Annex "A".

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Period of the Contract

The resulting contract will be in effect from the date of
issuance until March 31, 2013.

Basis of Selection

Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with
specific evaluation criteria. Bidders must obtain the required
minimum of the points for each rated criteria and an overall
passing mark. 

The fully responsive proposal with the highest technical score
within budget will be recommended for Contract award.

evaluated:
