NATURE OF REQUIREMENT 

Health Canada (HC)’s Marketing, Partnerships and Creative Services Division requires the services of a contractor to develop, implement, manage and report on influencer marketing programs in support of a variety of Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) social marketing campaigns. Interested bidders should note that requirements are issued on a ‘As & When Requested Basis’ through Task Authorizations. 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement, however interested bidders should consult Part B section 10 regarding obligations for the contractor’s personnel to be escorted. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. 

The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification. 

Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, bids transmitted by facsimile to PWGSC will not be accepted.As outlined in Part 3 of the Request for Proposal all submission must be transmitted by ePost connect.
