Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC/CIRNA) has a requirement for the provision of toll-free 24-hour Crisis Line Services for the Indigenous population. The period of contract is two (2) years with two one-year option periods.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
