The purpose of this RFI is to invite any interested parties to share ideas with the Government of Canada regarding the development of a new Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) and Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Advertising Creative Services.

This is not a bid solicitation. 

This RFI will not result in the award of any Supply Arrangements (SA) or
 Standing Offers (SO). Nor will this RFI result in the creation of any source list.  Potential suppliers of services described in this RFI should not allocate resources as a result of any information contained in this RFI. Furthermore, whether or not any potential supplier respon
ds to this RFI will not preclude that supplier from participating in 
any future procurement. Also, the procurement of any of the services described in this RFI will not necessarily follow this RFI. This RFI is si
mply intended to solicit feedback from industry with respect to the matters described in this RFI.
