Janitorial Services - Fort Smith, Northwest Territories

For the supply of all labour, material, equipment, tools,
transportation and supervision necessary to provide janitorial
services to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
at the Government of Canada Building, 149 McDougal Rd, NT.

The period of the Contract will be from date of issuance for a
two (2) year period.  The Contractor grants to Canada the
irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to
one (1) additional twelve (12) month period, under the same
conditions.

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 -

Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel
and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFT0A), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
