Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Cryogenic Storage Tanks, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) medium (MVE 808) cryogenic storage tank and one (1) small (MVE 205) cryogenic storage tank to be delivered to the Saskatoon Research Centre located in Saskatoon, SK on or before 2022-03-31. An option is also included to purchase one (1) medium (MVE 808) cryogenic storage tank, three (3) small (MVE 205) cryogenic storage tank on or before 2023-03-31 and six (6) small (MVE 205) cryogenic storage tank on or before 2024-03-31. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
