Snowmobile and ATV Parts, Yellowknife, NT

REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defense, JTFN ASU(N) requires a
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery, and
off-loading of snowmobile and ATV parts for delivery to
Yellowknife, NT.  Makes and models of the vehicles include, but
are not limited to:

    ANNEX "B"
	2005-2009 Bombardier Skandics (Snowmobile)
	2009 Bombardier Outlander M  (ATV)
	2012 Bombardier Outlander XT 400 HO EFI (ATV)

    ANNEX "C"
	2008 Arctic Cat 400 (ATV)
	2011 - 2013 Arctic Cat Bearcats (Snowmobile)

On an "as and when requested" basis from the date of
authorization for a duration of one (1) year with a two (2) one
(1) year option.

Bids transmitted by facsimile to PWGSC will be accepted.

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT (CLCA):

This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.

TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), and the World Trade Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP).
