This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F2402-200163/A dated 2021/07/22 with a closing of 2021/09/14 at 14:00 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for laboratory and sample processing services for aging, stomach content analysis, whole fish processing, stable isotopes, and fecundity. Up to four Standing Offers (SO) will be issued against this requirement, one SO for each stream, for a duration of 1 year and up to 4 additional 1 year period(s).

Stream I: otolith(s) and fin clip(s) for aging; 
Stream II: stomach content identification; enumeration and weight ratio; 
Stream III: laboratory sample preparation including whole fish processing and stable isotopes; and
Stream IV: fecundity determination including diameter measurements of individual eggs.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):
- Inuvialuit Final Agreement;
- Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement;
- Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement; and
- Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.
