A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required for the provision of all labour, transportation, equipment, supervision, tools and materials necessary to provide short term (less than 6 months) passenger and cargo vehicle rentals as required for operational use by the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Edmonton, Alberta and CFB, Wainwright, Denwood, Alberta. The rental period may be daily, weekly or monthly. All rentals are for operational purposes and will be driven by DND Personnel only. 

The Standing Offer will be in effect for three years from the date of authorization. It is Canada’s intention to issue up to three (3) standing Offers for each geographical location.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
