Department of National Defence, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, equipment, materials, food products, supervision and transportation required to provide catering services at the Cold Lake Cadet Training Centre (CLCTC) located at 4, Wing Cold Lake, T9M 2C6, Alberta.

The estimated period of the Standing Offer is one (1) year from start date with up to two (2)additional one (1) year option periods under the same conditions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
