    Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of
    one (1) prefabricated panabode style cabin as per the
    specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal. The cabin
    will be used for the purpose of storage at Glacier Lake located
    in the Nahanni National Park Reserve. All components and
    materials of the prefabricated cabin required to assemble the
    cabin must be included and delivered to Fort Simpson, NT.
    Components to be included, but are not limited to, are the
    structure, foundation, roof, floor, hardware, etc. Parks Canada
    will be responsible for delivery of the components to Nahanni
    National Park Reserve and construction of the building at the
    final site location.
    
    All required components for the prefabricated cabin must be
    packed and crated by the Contractor to enable shipping to Fort
    Simpson by road and then shipping to the site within Nahanni
    National Park Reserve by fixed wing aircraft (De Havilland
    DHC-6). The components must be crated with water resistant
    materials for exterior outdoor winter storage. The weights of
    each crate/package must be identified on each crate/package.
    Refer to Appendix 2 - Maximum Package Sizes for the DHC-6 (Twin
    Otters) in the Request for Proposal.
    
    Delivery is requested by March 31, 2015.
    
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
    solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
    Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the
    results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
    in writing, by telephone or in person.
