1. TITLE: 

REGIONAL INDIVIDUAL STANDING OFFER FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OFPROCESS CONTROLLERS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.

2.  SECURITY:

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.

3.  REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to maintain and repair the process controllers and associated equipment at 4 Wing Cold Lake, as required and in accordance with the Statement of Work,
Annex "A". 

4. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  

Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in PART 4 -EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION of the solicitation. 

The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

Only one standing offer will be issued. 

5. PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 

It is anticipated that any standing offer will be effective for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue.
