    This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
    procurement advice to the public in English.
    
    This requirement is for the provision of all labour, materials
    (other than those specifically stated as provided by Canada),
    tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to
    provide Janitorial Services at the Northern Forestry Centre,
    Edmonton, Alberta for Natural Resources Canada for a 3 year
    period.  The total expendature is estimated to be $315,000.00
    (HST/GST included).
    
    There is a security requirement associated with this
    requirement.  For additional information, consult the Request

    This Requirement is subject to WTO-AGP, NAFTA, AIT,CCFTA, and
    CPFTA.
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for
    site visit to be held on the week of December 16, 2013, between
    8:00 AM and 3:30 PM at the Northern Forestry Centre, 5320-122
    ST., Edmonton Alberta.  Bidders are requested to communicate
    with the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) days
    before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the
    names of the person(s) who will attend or their bids will be
    rejected as non-compliant. Bidders must arrive by the scheduled
    start time and will be required to sign an attendance form. 
    Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the
    site visit.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative
    will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will
    be rejected as non-compliant.  Any clarifications or changes to
    the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
    of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
    may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
