Requirement:

Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery, and
off-loading of Meat, Frozen Fish and Poultry Products to the
Department of Correctional Services Canada, for Bowden
Institution, Edmonton Institution, Drumheller Institution,
Edmonton Institution for Women and Grande Cache Institution, on
an "as required" basis during the period December 1, 2011 to
November 30, 2012 divided into four three-month re-bid periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),  Canada-Peru,
Canada-Chile and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Offerors must submit as part of their offer, by Request for
Standing Offers closing date:

	(a)	a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror;

	(b)	a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named
in the list.


NOTE :  There are multiple product lists contained in this RFSO,
offerors may bid on any product list of their choice. Grande
Cache Institution has a separate product list from the other
institutions and Period A for this location only, will be from
01 February 2012 to 29 February 2012.



Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
