Work under this Standing Offer comprises of the supply of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the inspection, testing, certification, maintenance and repairing of existing equipment systems and Installation of new equipment and systems on an "as and when requested" basis for all Intrusion Alarm, Access control systems & surveillance systems as per Appendix "A" and "B" for the Department of National Defense, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake AB..

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
