Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is currently used to measure target deformation at Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Suffield Research Centre for multiple research projects (Naval Platforms, Explosion Bulge, Blast Injury). Two identical cameras and specified accessories are required to perform DIC measurements. All deliverables must be received at delivery location on or before 2020-03-31.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
