Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a Manitoba Land Surveying firm to subdivide the Kapyong barracks land in Winnipeg, MB. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to July 2, 2020 inclusive.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
