    This procurement has been set aside under the federal
    government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
    (PSAB), as detailed in Annex 9.4 Requirements for the Set-aside
    Program for Aboriginal Business, of the Supply Manual
    (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/supply-manual). 
    In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it
    qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
    that it will comply with all the requirements of PSAB.
    
    This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
    
    Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada has a
    requirement for the supply and delivery of 126 drums (each
    containing 205 litres) of Jet A-1 aviation fuel to be delivered
    to Norman Wells, Northwest Territories.
    
    This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
    service to the public in English.
    
    This procurement is set aside from the international trade
    agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small
    and minority businesses.
    
    Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade
    (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.
    
    This procurement is subject to the Sahtu Dene and Metis
    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
