    TITLE: Request For Proposal - Safe preparation and removal of
    fuel drums located at the Baker Lake Airport, Baker Lake,
    Nunavut.
    
    This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land
    Claim Agreement (CLCA): Nunavut Land Claim Agreement.
    
    Services are required to safely prepare and load an estimated
    125 empty 205L fuel drums belonging to the Geological Survey of
    Canada (GSC), onto a sealift for safe transportation out of
    Baker Lake, and then onto a truck for transport to a hazardous
    waste disposal facility. All drums must be prepared and packaged
    for sealift/transport removal in the Spring/Summer of 2014.  The
    drums are currently located on Lot 1002 Ptn 3 at the Baker Lake
    Airport.
    
    The period of the proposed contract is from date of award to
    December 31, 2014.
    
    Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2003.
    
    For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
    lump sum payment must provide the required information as
    detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.
    
    This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
