    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 
    W4M00-21C164/A dated 2021-03-15 with a closing of 2021-04-15 at 2:00PM MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

    Breathable Air Compressors Maintenance - Department of National Defence (DND)

    Requirement:
    
    Department of National Defence has a requirement for a service contract for maintenance and repairs for Breathable Air Producing Compressors. 
    
    A task authorization contract will be issued for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and administration necessary to provide semi-annual and “as and when requested” services. 
    
    Services will cover maintenance and inspections to various breathable high pressure air compressors, in accordance with Annex A. 
    
    Service and maintenance of breathable air producing compressors, and other related equipment for the Department of National Defence, will be done in accordance with manufacturers maintenance routine as indicated in operation manual and CSA-Z180.1-M85.
    
    Contractor shall maintain an accurate site log of work performed and shall submit a complete report verifying preventive maintenance activities, and, recommended repairs to the Contracting Authority at 17 Wing, within 10 days of task completion.
    
    The period of the Contract is from Date of issuance to March 31, 2024 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.

    "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA)”.
    
    Delivery Date: The period of the contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year options. 
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
