REQUIREMENT:  

The Department of National Defence’s (DND), 2 Canadian Air Division Headquarters (2 CAD HQ), located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Winnipeg, MB has a requirement for services to provide analysis and advice regarding the design, development, implementation, and operation of information systems that support all aspects of the Air Force Training and Education Management (AFTEMS) process.
