LETTER OF INTEREST - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

This Request for Information is for:  Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

This request for Information is directed only to the Supply
Arrangement (SA) Holders, Solution Base Informatics Professional
Services (SBIPS) SA no. EN537-05IT01, who qualified under the
following domains of expertise:

1.  Electronic Services Delivery; and/or
2.  Systems Integration.

Nature of Request for Information
The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit
feedback from Industry on all aspects detailed in the draft
Statement of Work (SOW) and evaluation criteria. 
Overview
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) may require
the development of a web based automated Statement of Work (SOW)
Builder and a database of evaluation criteria available from one
web portal for use by all federal government departments
agencies, to assist them in the development of their
solicitation documents.
This is not a bid solicitation. This RFI will not result in the
award of any contract. As a result, potential suppliers of any
goods or services described in this RFI should not reserve stock
or facilities, nor allocate resources, as a result of any
information contained in this RFI. Nor will this RFI result in
the creation of any source list. Therefore, whether or not any
potential supplier responds to this RFI will not preclude that
supplier from participating in any future procurement. Also, the
procurement of any of the goods and services described in this
RFI will not necessarily follow this RFI. This RFI is simply
intended to solicit feedback from industry with respect to the
matters described in this RFI.
