Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

This requirement is for: Statistics Canada

Description of the requirement:

The objective of this project is to engage a qualified contractor to develop and produce a timely, reliable, customized set of monthly resale property price indexes on an ongoing basis and provide detailed index documentation that will support an audit to certify that the final product meets Statcan’s quality standards. When delivered, the indexes would fulfill the resale component of new residential property price indexes that Statcan intends to compile and publish in order to meet SDDS Plus reporting requirements.

The Contractor will provide the services on an as and when requested basis. All deliverables will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.

It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract, for 2 year plus 6 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
