    This requirement is for: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
    
    This requirement is open only to those Task Based Informatics
    Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement Tier 2 Holders
    in the Western Region who qualified under the Task-Based
    Informatics Professional Services.  The RFP is issued against
    the TBIPS Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
    EN578-055605/D.    All terms and conditions of the SA apply &
    shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.
    
    Description of requirement	
    The Information Systems Branch (ISB) of Agriculture and
    Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the provision of
    IT professional services, on an "as-and-when requested" basis,
    in Winnipeg, to provide specialized MIS Application Support
    services necessary to assist the Farm Income Programs
    Directorate (FIPD) in fulfilling its MIS Application Support
    mandate.
    
    The Contractor will be requested, via approved Task
    Authorizations (TAs), to provide qualified professional services
    resources in Winnipeg, to deliver the services necessary to
    fulfill FIPD's commitment to support the MIS Applications
    required to administer the AgriStability program, AgriInvest
    program and other programs administered by FIPD.
