The work involves Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Controls and Electrical renovations to existing Labs 171and Office 172 located on the Ground Floor of the Thornton Center, 335 River Road, Ottawa, ON. Work entails replacement of existing casework and upper storage cupboards in both rooms with new or existing units, as well as new sinks, faucets, trim and plumbing. All new Mechanical, Controls and Electrical services to be provided.
