PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  
Project # R.067638.002, Sir Charles Tupper Building, 2720
Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
4th floor retrofit, Wing E, D, and C.

Work is to be completed within twenty six (26) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit February 05 at 10:00 am. Interested
bidders shall meet at the main entrance of the Sir Charles
Tupper Building, 2720 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
