PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R. 054725.001.  Request for Supply
Arrangement.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Public Works and Government Services
Canada wants to establish one Supply Arrangement (SA) to create
and update a list of qualified Contractors for general
contracting services to provide all labour, material and
associated cost to carry out construction projects for a Client
Department located in the National Capital Area (Ottawa). 

Supply Arrangement Validity:  This SA will be valid for an
initial of two (2) year period, with the possibility to extend
by an additional three (3) one (1) year option periods.

Expenditure through this SA is estimated at 11M$.  Individual
contract will be to a maximum of $2,500,000.00. 

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a security requirement.

Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same

Firms that elect to base answer on this RFSA on bid documents
obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be
solely responsible to inform the bid calling authority of their
intention to bid.
