Canadian Police Information Centre, 1200 Vanier Parkway, Ottawa,

Project description: The project is to upgrade and provide
software modifications to the three chillers on the roof of the
Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) at 1200 Vanier Parkway
in Ottawa.   

Work is to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement
whereby bidders must meet both the PWGSC and RCMP security
requirements as described in SC01 (Security Requirement) of the 
Solicitation documents. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on July 16th, 2015 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders are to meet at the Canadian Police
Information Centre (CPIC), Nicholson Building at 1200 Vanier
Parkway, Ottawa, Ontario.

Due to the nature of the requirement and in order to gain access
to Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) at 1200 Vanier
Parkway in Ottawa, all bidders must submit the name (legal name)
and date of birth for each individual that will be attending the
site visit. This information is to be submitted to the
Contracting Authority by email at the following email address:
martine.seguin@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later then July 14th, 2015
at 12:00 p.m.  It is the responsibility of the bidders to ensure
that the Contracting Authority is in receipt of this information
by the date and time specified.
