Roof Replacement, K.W. Neatby Building, Central Experimental
Farm, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.	 

Project description: 
Replacement of the existing shingle roof with a new metal roof
system. Improve existing roof ventilation. Currently the roof
has installed poor grade shingles with soffit ventilation and
ventilation at gable ends, no ventilation at ridge.

Work is to be completed within eighteen (18) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
There is NO security requirement for this project. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be an optional site visit on October 1st, 2015 at
10am.  Interested bidders are to meet at the K.W. Neatby
Building, Central Experimental Farm, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa,
Ontario.
