PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  
R.072791.001 - Fire Exit Phase II - Exterior Work 
Environment Canada's Thornton Centre Facility, 335 River Road,
Ottawa, Ontario

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
Building a new exterior platform required for the future
mechanical equipment of Test Cell 1 project, including
construction of an emergency egress within the platform and
asphalt pavement work.
Work is to be completed within eighteen (18) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,0001 to $5,000,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on September 30th, 2015 at  10:00am.
Bidders are to meet at the front desk of Environement Canada's
Thornton Centre Facility at 335 River Road in Ottawa.

Safety Attire -  None required.
