Work is to be completed within sixty (60) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: ( $1,000,001. To $5,000,000)  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on March 28th 2013 at 10 AM 
Interested bidders shall meet at the main lobby of Place du
Centre 200 Promenade du Portage Gatineau Qc.
